LANSING, Mich. — Rain continues overnight tonight with temperatures holding in the middle 50s. Flooding remains a concern with Flood Warnings extended into Tuesday morning across a good portion of our area.
Showers finally taper off Tuesday morning but swelled rivers and creeks will take several days to recede. A mainly cloudy afternoon is on tap with highs in the middle to upper 60s.
Most of the stretch for Wednesday through Saturday looks dry, but can't rule out some stray showers to the south on a couple days, especially later Thursday. No washouts expected, as any activity would be brief.
A general warming trend is expected all week long, culminating in highs reaching the 80s by Memorial Day Weekend. It's about time!
