LANSING, Mich. — Good Saturday evening!

Things are beginning to wind down out there, but temperatures are now falling through the 30′s. Wet roadways will likely ice over in the next couple of hours and they will stay icy into tomorrow morning as well. Although the steadier precipitation is lifting off to the northeast, there is a slight chance we see a snow shower this evening and perhaps some flurries tomorrow morning blended into some lake effect clouds pouring off of Lake Michigan.

For the most part tomorrow will just be mostly cloudy and cool with highs only climbing into the mid 30′s. Sunday night into Monday morning, we stay cloudy and a cold front will drop through that could touch off some additional snow showers Monday morning. May be some slick spots for the Monday AM commute, but nothing really for accumulations. Another system passes by to the south on Wednesday which may bring some more snow showers, especially to our southern counties.

Otherwise next week looks to be seasonably cool with a good bit of cloudiness throughout the week.
