LANSING, Mich. — High pressure at the surface will keep things dry for the next several days, but an upper level low pressure system is responsible for the cooler conditions across the region. High pressure stays in control to start off the next workweek, but the upper low begins to drift south and east allowing a warmup to ensue over the state. Temps begin to climb Monday and humidity begins to increase Tuesday with 90 degrees possible for highs both Wednesday and Thursday.
Expect to see a lot of sunshine Sunday through Thursday morning before clouds finally thicken up as a frontal boundary stalls out overhead heading into the next weekend, bringing scattered thunderstorms.
Enjoy this beautiful weather, folks!
