LANSING, Mich. — Rain ends this morning and we will be dry for most of the daylight hours. Mostly cloudy today with highs in the mid 50s this afternoon. Showers move back in late this evening and lasts overnight with rain mainly along and south of I-96. Low temperatures overnight dip into the mid and upper 30s. Rain ends before sunrise Friday and we will see a mix of sun and clouds tomorrow with highs in the low to mid 50s depending on how much sun we see. Rain doesn't stay away for long and more showers are expected Friday night. Rain will increase and overspread the area Saturday morning with scattered showers lasting throughout the day. Highs in the upper 50s late in the day Saturday. Showers and even a few rumbles of thunder Saturday night with lows in the upper 40s. Rain lingers Sunday and it will be cooler with temperatures starting in the low 50s and cooling in to the low 40s Sunday afternoon. Finally dry early next week, mostly sunny Monday with highs in the low 50s. Staying dry Tuesday and Wednesday with partly cloudy skies and highs near 50 degrees.
