LANSING, Mich. — Increasing clouds this morning with rain moving in this afternoon. Scattered showers expected through the day and it will be windy with southeast winds at 15-25 MPH sustained and gusts over 30 MPH possible. At least it will stay warm with highs in the mid 60s. Rain takes a short break late tonight into early Tuesday. Temperatures overnight stay mild, for late October standards, with lows in the upper 40s. Rain begins again Tuesday afternoon and will last until about midnight before drying out. Cooler and windy again tomorrow with highs in the low 50s. Staying rain free Wednesday with decreasing clouds. It remains cool through the rest of the week with highs in the 50s through Sunday. The one exception will be Friday with highs that only reach the upper 40s.
