LANSING, Mich. — Rain this morning with a few snow flakes and some sleet mixed in at times. All precipitation will change over to just rain this afternoon. It will be chilly today with highs only reaching the low 40s, with the clouds and rain it will feel even colder. Rain showers continue tonight with lows in the upper 30s to near 40 degrees. Widespread rain expected through the day Thursday. Trick-or-treating will be soggy with rain changing over to a wintry mix after the sun sets. Some light snow possible overnight. Highs in the mid 40s tomorrow with lows falling into the low 30s. We are dry Friday with partly to mostly sunny skies. A mix of rain and snow Saturday as highs struggle to reach 40 degrees. Dry again Sunday through Monday. It remains chilly with highs stuck in the 40s through next week.
