LANSING, Mich. — Cold and rainy today with temperatures hovering in the low 40s. Scattered to widespread rain through the day. As temperatures cool this evening rain mixes with and eventually changes over to snow during trick or treating. Cold this evening but also windy with gusts near 40 MPH possible. A Wind Advisory has been issued from 5 to 11 P.M. Wind chills fall into the 20s tonight so dress warm if you plan to be out. Snow ends shortly after midnight and we are dry before sunrise Friday. Decreasing clouds tomorrow with some sun in the afternoon. A chilly start to the month of November with highs in the low 40s. Another round of wintry mix Saturday with highs that reach near 40 degrees. Dry Sunday into Monday with highs in the low then upper 40s.
