LANSING, Mich. — Some sunshine early this morning before clouds return for the rest of the day. Cooler today with highs in the upper 30s. We are dry through the lunch hour before light scattered rain arrives late this afternoon. Rain may turn to a mix this evening before changing over to light lake effect snow tonight. Snow overnight will be light and not amount to much more than a dusting. Lows overnight in the mid 20s. Some snow may linger early Thursday but most will be dry. Mostly cloudy and cold tomorrow with highs in the upper 20s. Friday we'll see some sun with a high near 30 degrees. Late Friday night into Saturday we see snow move in. Snow changes over to rain Saturday afternoon as temperatures rise into the upper 30s. Rain then changes back over to snow Saturday night with lake effect snow lingering through the day Sunday. It will be much colder next week with highs in the low to mid 20s with some sun Monday and Tuesday.
