LANSING, Mich. — Good Friday morning!
Today will be a quiet weather day with partly sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures than what we’ve experienced so far this week. Afternoon highs will climb into the mid 30s and then temperatures will drop into the upper 20s tonight.
Our next chance of precipitation will move in on Saturday. Both rain and snow showers are possible on Saturday with highs in the upper 30s. These showers will be scattered in nature during the day, and then they will taper off Saturday night. There may be a few stray snow showers on Sunday morning, but most areas will just be mostly cloudy. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s on Sunday afternoon.
Next work week will start off calm with mostly cloudy skies on Monday and then we’ll break into more sunshine on Tuesday. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s to near 40 early next week. Another system will move in on Wednesday afternoon, likely starting as rain showers and then transitioning to snow Wednesday night into Thursday.
