LANSING, Mich. — Good Friday morning!
A cold front will drop through Mid-Michigan today, bringing in colder air for tonight and this weekend. The clouds will hang around today and so will the breezy conditions. Plan for a mostly cloudy Friday with a few flurries and southwesterly winds becoming northwesterly around 10-20 mph. Winds will gust to around 25 mph at times. The clouds will begin to diminish tonight and lows will drop into the mid 20s.
Saturday will be a fairly seasonable day by December standards with lows in the 20s and highs in the mid 30s. We’ll enjoy some sunshine on Saturday, and then more clouds will arrive for Sunday. Sunday’s highs will be in the mid 30s.
The quiet weather pattern sticks around for the majority of next week. Monday through Thursday will remain dry with slowly warming temperatures. We’ll start the work week with highs in the upper 30s to near 40 degrees on Monday and Tuesday, and then temperatures will warm into the mid 40s on Wednesday and Thursday.
