LANSING, Mich. — It will be the coldest day of the year so far. Highs today expected to reach only 23 degrees. That is possible record breaking cold as the coldest max temperatures for November 12 was 29 degrees set back in 1995. Bundle up and dress for the wind chills as they will be down in the single digits and teens for most of the day. A mix of sun and clouds with isolated late effect snow flurries possible. Low temperatures tonight plummet into the single digits with possible wind chills briefly dropping below zero. Cold again Wednesday with highs in the mid 20s. Mostly cloudy tomorrow with a chance for snow late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Temperatures the rest of the week moderate back into the low and mid 30s and it will stay dry. Warming up into the upper 30s to low 40s early next week.
