LANSING, Mich. — A nice start to the work week and the month of June. Mostly sunny for most of the day with highs reaching the low 70s this afternoon. We will see increasing clouds this evening along with the slight chance for a stray shower, but most folks stay dry. Mostly cloudy tonight with showers and storms staying mainly north of east of Mid-Michigan. Low temperatures dropping into the upper 50s overnight. Dry before sunrise Tuesday morning, partly cloudy for the rest of the day and it will be getting warm and humid with highs in the mid 80s and dew points in the 60s. Showers and thunderstorms expected to move in late Tuesday night and last through Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday starts with scattered thunderstorms, but should be dry by Wednesday evening. Highs in the low 80s Wednesday afternoon and it will stay humid. Mostly sunny and warm Thursday and Friday with highs in the low to mid 80s. Saturday stays sunny, but will be just a little cooler with highs in the upper 70s. Partly cloudy Sunday with highs in the mid 70s.
