LANSING, Mich. — Mostly cloudy today with the chance of patchy freezing drizzle or a few flurries early this morning. Highs today near 40 degrees. Mostly cloudy tonight with a few flurries possible once again. Lows tonight in the mid 20s. Tuesday will be another mostly cloudy day with the chance of a few raindrops or snowflakes in the morning. Highs Tuesday climb to the low 40s.
The heavy rainfall from Friday night into Saturday morning will have area rivers and streams running high this week with flooding being a concern along many of them. Minor flooding is being forecasted for rivers in the Lansing and Jackson areas.
