More Clouds Through The Weekend

Posted
and last updated

LANSING, Mich. — Our Thursday starts with mostly sunny skies and then more clouds will build in from the north throughout the midday and afternoon hours. Plan for skies to become partly to mostly cloudy later today with highs in the lower 40s. Similar to the last few days, it will be breezy again today with 10-20 mph winds out of the southwest. Skies will be partly cloudy tonight with lows dropping into the lower 30s by daybreak Friday.

Tomorrow will start partly sunny then turn mostly cloudy with highs in the low 40s. Another system will pass by to our north and a few lake effect flurries will be possible, but most folks should stay dry.

The upcoming weekend looks calm with sunshine on Saturday and then mostly cloudy skies on Sunday. A few flurries may be possible on Sunday, but no substantial precipitation is expected. Temperatures will be near-normal with highs in the mid to upper 30s.

The quiet conditions will continue into early next work week. Monday will be partly cloudy with temperatures in the upper 30s. Sunny skies are expected Tuesday, and then a few more clouds will build in by the middle of next week. Temperatures are expected to warm up with highs in the low 40s Tuesday and mid 40s Wednesday.
