LANSING, Mich. — Another cold start to the day with temperatures in the teens and wind chills in the single digits early today. It will be warmer this afternoon but also windy which will make it feel colder than it actually is. Highs in the mid 30s this afternoon but wind chills are expected to be down in the 20s. Sunny throughout the day so it will look beautiful as we end the work week. This weekend will be wonderful. Mostly sunny both days with highs in the mid 40s Saturday and upper 40s to near 50 degrees Sunday. Dry to start Monday before rain moves in that afternoon. It stays mild with highs in the low to mid 40s. A spread of snow north to rain south Tuesday. Staying mild for one more day with highs in the low 40s. Rain changes over to snow Wednesday and temperatures return to normal in the mid 30s. Off on snow will continue Thursday and even Friday of next week with temperatures down near 30 degrees.
