LANSING, Mich. — Light snow showers overnight will bring roughly an inch of snow to the area by morning. Most of the accumulation will occur on grassy and elevated surfaces, with limited impacts to the roads other than becoming wet.
A few lingering flurries are out of the picture by early Monday morning, with sunshine as we warm up in the afternoon. This should effectively melt any snow we received overnight.
There are a few chances for rain showers sprinkled throughout the coming week, but there will be some pleasant days mixed in, as well. High temperatures will run a bit above average, staying in the 50s through next weekend.
