LANSING, Mich. — A small chance for rain moves through overnight in the form of some showers. This threat is short-lived and predominantly along and south of the I-94 corridor, and is gone by mid-morning.
Conditions clear a bit in the afternoon with temperatures back into the middle 40s and dry weather in the forecast until late Thursday. The later that rain holds off, the better chance we have at climbing into the 50s.
The "cooldown" that arrives by the weekend still features temperatures close to normal, if not a touch warmer than average. By late next weekend and early the following week, high temperatures will likely be back into the 50s.
