LANSING, Mich. — More clouds today, but it stays warm with a very summer-like forecast in store for next week. Mostly cloudy with afternoon with highs near 70 degrees. A few isolated showers will be possible this afternoon, but it won't be a washout. Any rain that pops up today will be light and brief and many folks will stay dry all day. Partly cloudy tonight with patchy fog possible, lows drop into the mid 50s. Partly cloudy and warm Saturday with highs in the mid 70s, we stay dry all day, but it will be humid. Showers and storms possible late Saturday night carrying over into Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon and evening will be dry with partly cloudy skies. Feeling more like summer with highs in the low 80s and muggy. Warm and humid Monday for Memorial Day with highs in the mid 80s and scattered afternoon thunderstorms, it won't be a washout, but you may need to duck inside for a few hours in case a storm pops up. From there an unsettled pattern settles in for next week. A chance for occasional thunderstorms Tuesday through Thursday, but it stays warm and humid with highs in the low to mid 80s.
