LANSING, Mich. — Mild air and rain showers tonight will both be long gone by noon on Monday, as strong winds and chilly conditions are set to take over. Wind Advisories are in place for all of the state on Monday with sustained winds from 20-30mph and gusts over 50mph.
By noon wind chills will be in the 20s for most and could be in the upper teens for some by Tuesday morning. Highs are 10-15 degrees below normal for almost all of this week before we finally rebound in the temperature department by next weekend.
Fortunately, the cool pattern this week doesn't look too active past Monday's strong winds. While a bit breezy Tuesday, there are very few chances for precipitation during the week ahead. With or without a "Stay at Home" order, it looks to be a great week to keep warm indoors.
