LANSING, Mich. — A cold start this morning with temperatures down in the low 30s and frost across the area. We warm up quickly under partly cloudy skies. Highs reach the low 60s this afternoon. Clouds build followed by light scattered rain late this afternoon into this evening. Rain lasts overnight, but it won't be as cold with low temperatures in the mid 40s. Rainy and windy Wednesday with highs in the low 50s a raw day overall. Cool again, but dry Thursday with highs in the low 50s and decreasing clouds. Warming up towards the end of the week with highs rising through the 60s this weekend.
