LANSING, Mich. — Scattered rain and even a few isolated thunderstorms linger across the area today. A weak disturbance drops south through the state bringing spotty showers to some locations. Completely dry this evening and we see some clearing. It will be cool tonight with lows in the low 60s. Humidity also remains low overnight so it will be good sleeping weather if you want to open up the window and give the a AC a break.
Beautiful weather takes over for the rest of the week. Partly cloudy Thursday with highs in the low 80s and low humidity. Mostly sunny Friday and Saturday with temperatures stuck in the low 80s. Humidity stays low every day and we will have perfect outdoor weather through Saturday.
Sunday starts dry before a few isolated thunderstorms begin popping up late Sunday afternoon. Storms then last off and on through Sunday night with some storms hanging on into Monday morning. Highs stay in the low 80s Sunday before we cool down early next week.
Partly cloudy Monday once the rain clears out and it will be cool for early August with highs in the upper 70s. Mid to upper 70s Tuesday afternoon under mostly sunny skies.
