LANSING, Mich. — Clear skies Sunday night will allow temperatures to fall into the lower 30s before sunrise, but the warmup begins quickly under the early Monday sunshine. Temperatures will get back into the lower 60s to start the workweek.
Clouds begin rolling in by mid-afternoon and a few light showers could be possible around 6:00pm or so. Most of the rain showers moving in Monday evening will do so past 7:00pm and linger into the overnight period.
After a similar forecast Tuesday with temps a few ticks warmer, the last couple days of April will trend wetter and cooler as the month comes to a close. Temps will only reach into the 50s on both days.
Friday looks like a fairly nice day with sun and temps back in the 60s to kick off May. The weekend features temperatures well into the middle and upper 60s, with a 70 degree day not out of the question. Fingers crossed!
