LANSING, Mich. — Rain through mid-day before we clear out this evening. Scattered showers across the area through the morning and early afternoon hours, rain will taper of from west to east with most locations seeing the rain ending by about 2 P.M.. Skies will clear once the rain ends turning partly cloudy then mostly sunny by the end of the day. It will be cooler and less humid today once the cold front passes through the state with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. A cool, but comfortable weekend ahead. Partly to mostly sunny Saturday and Sunday with highs in the mid 60s, that is cool for the last two days of May, but with low humidity it will still be nice if you want to get outside. Mostly sunny with highs in the low 70s Monday. A few showers early Tuesday with moderating temperatures in the mid 70s which is average for the start of June. A chance for scattered thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening with a brief burst of warm temperatures with highs in the low 80s. Partly sunny with highs in the mid 70s Thursday.
