LANSING, Mich. — Showers and storms may move in late tonight, but the pattern favors dry, comfortable air to wrap up the month of July past early Wednesday.

Low humidity, plenty of sun and pleasant temperatures will highlight these final few days of the month as we welcome August this weekend.

We could see another chance for rain later Sunday, which will be followed by a trend we haven't seen much of this summer--cooler than average temperatures.

By Monday and Tuesday highs only reach the middle to upper 70s as heat builds out west and on the East Coast, with some very nice sleeping weather expected.
