LANSING, Mich. — Showers and non-severe storms will bring us some much needed rain overnight, with scattered activity lingering into the afternoon. Most folks will see the rain wrap up well before the end of the day on Tuesday.
Wednesday and Thursday are very similar days--both will run slightly cooler than normal with small chances for pop-up showers late in the day. Many folks will end up dry both days with sun and clouds.
By Friday the 80s will have returned, and long range weather forecast models seem to suggest this warmth will last for quite some time. Above average temperatures are expected all the way into early July, including Independence Day weekend!
