LANSING, Mich. — Warmer today with sunshine breaking through this afternoon. Clouds from this morning fade turning mostly sunny this afternoon and it will be warmer today with highs in the low 60s. Skies stay clear tonight and it will be chilly again with lows in the mid 30s. Partly cloudy Thursday with the chance for isolated drizzle in the afternoon, highs reach the mid to upper 50s. Cold air overtakes the area Friday through Saturday. A few flurries of snow may be possible early Friday before we clear out. Partly cloudy Friday afternoon but it's chilly with highs in the mid 40s. A hard freeze likely Friday night into Saturday morning with lows falling into the mid 20s. Saturday will be mostly sunny, but still chilly with high temperatures in the mid to upper 40s. Partly cloudy Sunday for Mother's Day with highs in the low 50s. A few showers likely Sunday night and into the day Monday with highs stuck in the low 50s. More sunshine next Tuesday and temperatures remain below average with highs in the low 50s.
