LANSING, Mich. — Colder air settling in today with temperatures in the low 50s this morning. We will cool into the mid 40s for most of the afternoon. A cold front bringing some isolated rain this afternoon with most of the activity tapering off this evening. Dry overnight and it will get chilly as lows fall into the mid 30s. Rain lifts north Wednesday morning and overspreads the area that afternoon. A few heavier pockets of rain will be possible. Showers continue overnight and last through the day Thursday. Halloween looks cold with temperatures falling into the 30s for trick-or-treating. Rain will mix with some snow late Thursday night. Dry again by Friday. Chilly Wednesday through the rest of the week with highs in the 40s and lows fall into the low 30s.
