LANSING, Mich. — Mostly sunny, cool, and breezy today. Starting the day with sunshine and turning partly cloudy for a short time this afternoon as rain passes by to our north. Winds will pick up coming from the west at 10-20 MPH with gusts over 30 MPH possible. It will be cooler today with highs in the low 70s. Mainly clear skies tonight and it will get chilly as a result. Low temperatures expected in the low 50s. Staring out sunny again on Thursday. Increasing clouds Thursday afternoon followed by thunderstorms Thursday night. Highs tomorrow reach the upper 70s. Storms end before sunrise Friday and we clear out with sunshine and highs in the mid 70s. Cooler for the holiday weekend with highs in the low 70s a chance for rain Saturday night into Sunday.
