LANSING, Mich. — Chilly, and windy today with spotty drizzle this afternoon. Highs today will struggle to reach the mid 40s with gusty west winds at 15-25 MPH and gusts over 35 MPH possible at times. Spotty drizzle/ rain will be off on this afternoon and evening some graupel or small hail possible with and showers passing through later today. We dry out tonight with partial clearing, turning partly cloudy with lows down around 30 degrees. Friday will be chilly and breezy once again.
