LANSING, Mich. — Cold today! Temperatures in the teens with wind chills down in the single digits to around zero all day so bundle up. A few flurries linger this morning before we turn partly to mostly sunny this afternoon. Staying cold tonight with lows in the low teens and wind chills remaining in the single digits. We warm up some Thursday with highs near 30 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds. Even warmer Friday with highs in the mid 30s under mostly cloudy skies. The first official day of winter is Saturday with a high near 40 degrees. Well above average temperatures continue next week with highs in the low to mid 40s through Christmas eve. Christmas day also looks above average with highs in the low to mid 40s and we stay dry.
