Cold Start Tomorrow Then Dry and Warmer Through the Week

LANSING, Mich. — Good Sunday evening everyone! Today began with some rain showers across Mid-Michigan that tapered by the late morning, and then we saw some redevelopment by the late afternoon as wraparound moisture worked in behind a departing low. That area of low pressure has continued to move off to the east and building high pressure has led to swift clearing across Mid-Michigan. Overnight, these clear skies and calm winds will allow our temperatures to plunge into the low 30's so we will once again see areas of frost developing and some patchy fog as well. Tomorrow looks gorgeous with lots of sunshine and temps warming into the upper 50′s.

Tuesday and Wednesday, we see a pair of disturbances dart through southern Ontario and that will send a bit of increased cloud cover our way, but the primary impact will be gusty winds. Otherwise, both days look pretty nice with a mix of sun and clouds, but more in the way of sunshine.

The second half of the workweek looks incredible with lots of sunshine and temps in the 60′s. Next weekend looks even better, and warmer with temps in the upper 60′s - low 70′s!

Enjoy the week everyone!
