LANSING, Mich. — Cold and windy round two. Today will be very similar to yesterday. Mostly cloudy with the chance for a stray flurry and highs in the mid 20s. Wind chills will be down in the low teens and single digits with the wind coming in from the west at 10-20 MPH with gusts near 30 MPH. Turning partly cloudy with some clearing overnight. It stays cold with lows in the mid teens and the chance for an isolated flurry. We do start to warm up this weekend. Mostly sunny and highs in the low 30s Saturday. We see highs reach the mid to upper 40s Sunday with increasing clouds and increasing winds. Mostly cloudy Monday with a slight chance for rain early in the day, otherwise it will be dry with highs in the mid 40s. We stay in the mid 40s Tuesday and Wednesday with a chance for rain Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. Dry and slightly cooler Thursday with highs in the low 40s.
