LANSING, Mich. — Cold, breezy, with some scattered snow. Temperatures start in the upper 20s this morning, but will fall into the mid 20s this afternoon. Wind chills will be down in the teens all day with breezy west northwest winds at 10-20 MPH. On top of all of that we will also be dealing with light scattered snow. Accumulations will be light with an inch or less expected. Snow will be mainly lake effect and it won't snow all day long but we'll see periods of light snow with most of the activity wrapping up early this evening. Cold and dry tonight with lows falling into the teens. Wind chills Wednesday morning fall into the single digits. It stays cold tomorrow with highs in the 20s and wind chills in the teens. A slight warm up Thursday with temperatures near normal in the mid 30s. Highs reach near 40 degrees Friday and Saturday with rain that changes to snow expected Saturday. Dry again and cooler by Sunday with temperatures back below freezing.
