LANSING, Mich. — Rain and thunderstorms diminishing this morning. We are not completely done with shower activity yet. a broken line of thunderstorms will move south of I-94 this afternoon. Locations along the state line will see scattered storms with gusty winds and heavy rain possible. Folks north of Jackson will stay dry the rest of the day with skies turning partly sunny. It will be warm and humid with highs in the low 80s this afternoon. Rain ends and we are all dry with mostly clear skies tonight. Still muggy though with lows in the upper 50s. Mostly sunny with highs in the low to md 80s Thursday. Partly sunny Friday with highs in the mid 80s a few thunderstorms will be possible Friday afternoon. Slightly cooler this weekend with highs in the mid to upper 70s Saturday and Sunday under mostly sunny skies. More sunshine with a high near 80 degrees Monday. Mid 80s return Tuesday with partly cloudy skies. Thunderstorms possible late Tuesday night into Wednesday of next week.
