LANSING, Mich. — Mostly cloudy this morning with temperatures that rise into the low 80s early this afternoon. A line of gusty thunderstorms will roll through the area this afternoon between 1-7 P.M.. Some storms may be strong with damaging winds, and large hail the main threats. Storms should end this evening by the time the sun sets. We clear out and dry out quickly overnight turning mostly clear with lows in the upper 50s. Saturday looks beautiful with mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 70s. Partly cloudy Sunday with a slight chance for a few isolated showers in the afternoon, but most folks stay dry. Highs Sunday afternoon reach the upper 70s. Highs in the low 80s on tap next week with plenty of sunshine.
