LANSING, Mich. — Beautiful weather today with sunshine and highs in the low 60s. Mostly sunny this afternoon with light winds from the southeast so it will be a nice day to get outside. Increasing clouds tonight turning mostly cloudy, low temperatures falling into the low to mid 40s. Rain and a few thunderstorms move in late tonight/ early Thursday morning. We will see a few rounds of rain through the day Thursday. The first round of rain and storms in the morning then a short break Thursday afternoon followed by a second round Thursday evening. Highs tomorrow should manage to reach the upper 60s which is average for mid May. Rain will linger through Friday morning, but we will dry out Friday afternoon with partly cloudy skies. It should be warm Friday with highs in the low to mid 70s. Partly cloudy with high temperatures around 70 degrees Saturday. Scattered showers and maybe a rumble of thunder Sunday with highs in the upper 60s to around 70 degrees. Dry with decreasing clouds Monday with highs near 70 degrees. Mid 70s and sunshine Tuesday.
