A man who was a suspect in the disappearance of an MSU student in November of 2008 has had new charges filed against him.
MSU Police say that 50-year-old Brad Cournaya is accused of human trafficking, abusing a child, using a computer to commit a crime, and distributing obscene material.
He was a suspect in the disappearance of Krista Leuth. He's being held on a $250,000 bond.
