One of two charges are dropped against the former MSU student accused of making terrorist threats on campus.
Police say Sydney Gort made two threats, one in April, and one in November.
Authorities say she wrote on the bathroom wall of the School of Packaging both times that there would be an act of terrorism on campus.
They also say she reported both threats to police.
Prosecutors dropped the charge in the April incident because it needed handwriting analysis to prove she wrote the threat.
Gort's attorney says she was stressed and had no intention to carry out the threats.
