MSU's Rock painted in honor of Orlando victims

The Rock at Michigan State University was painted rainbow in honor of those who lost their lives in the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando. 

On Sunday, June 12, 2016 a gunman opened fire in a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida. Over 50 people were killed and over 50 were injured.

According to eastlansinginfo.org, about sixty people stood at The Rock on Sunday night, June 12, 2016 to remember the victims of the deadliest mass shooting in United States history. 

Vigils were also held at the Lansing Capital steps and outside Spiral Nightclub on Sunday night.
