Michigan State defensive end Demetrius Cooper pled no contest in March to an October incident last fall in which police say he spit at a parking officer outside an East Lansing restaurant.
Cooper's bond conditions included not using or possessing alcohol and submitting to biweekly breath tests.
District 54-B court records show Cooper is accused of possessing alcohol on April 21st.
He is now scheduled for a show cause hearing next Thursday May 11th during which he must show why he should not be held in contempt of court.
Cooper did not participate in the April 1st spring game. As a junior last fall, he started in 11 games.
No comment from anyone at MSU nor his East Lansing attorney, James Heos.
