MSU football player arrested, pleads not guilty

MSU football player LJ Scott was arrested Wednesday night.

Court records that show Scott was arrested and pleaded not guilty to driving on a suspended license. This is not his first arrest.

He was also arrest for driving on a suspended license in February.

Those charges are misdemeanors, punishable by 93-days in jail. Repeat offenders can get up to a year in jail.

Scott is a junior from Ohio and is coming off a career-best performance in last Saturday's win over Minnesota. MSU sports information are not commenting on this for now.
