Michigan State University alumnus Jim Trebilcock returned to East Lansing Thursday to talk about his role as Executive Vice President at the Dr. Pepper - Snapple Group and his expertise in brand marketing and competition.

Trebilcock was the keynote speaker at the Lansing Economic Club luncheon at the Kellogg Center. His message was all about leading change. "There's a lot of things that go into change, that leaders more than anything else has to be... set the vision, creat that moment of change and then be out there every day in the trenches with employees to make sure that happens."

Trebilcock is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of National Advertisers and the Cotton Bowl Classic. He says he loves coming back to East Lansing and visits every year.
