The Associated Students of Michigan State University (ASMSU), the undergraduate student government, will host an event called “Taking Down Rape Culture,” ?with ?Laci Green? acting as the speaker.
The event will be held at ?Wells Hall B119?, and is ?free? ?to all students.
“Taking Down Rape Culture” is a 70 minute program that takes an indepth look at our culture and responses to sexual violence. There will be an opportunity to meet and greet with Laci after the show.
Doors will open at ?7:00 p.m.? and the event will begin at ?7:30 p.m. ?on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
Laci Green is a YouTube videoblogger, public sex educator, and feminist activist. She has hosted online sex education content on behalf of Planned Parenthood and Discovery News. By October 2014, Green's YouTube channel had more than one million subscribers.
