A judge has ruled that there is not enough evidence against Mateen Cleaves to proceed to trial.
In court Friday, the sex assault case was dismissed against the former Michigan State basketball star.
Last Thursday, we heard from Cleaves' accuser for the first time. After reviewing the exhibits, the judge believed that the accuser willingly accompanied Cleaves to a bar and a motel.
The woman claimed he forced himself on her last September at a motel near Flint after a golf outing.
