Grant will continue aid to Flint schools

A $2.1 million grant will enable Michigan State University's office of K-12 outreach to keep working with officials in Flint on improving the city's schools.

The office will work with Flint school principals on improving literacy and math programs, and help the superintendent's office with personnel and data collection system upgrades.
