Former Michigan State basketball star Mateen Cleaves is due back in court today on sexual assault charges.
His preliminary hearing will pick up where it left off a few weeks ago.
Cleaves is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a motel near Flint more than a year ago.
The hearing has included verbal sparring between the defense and prosecution. When the testimony is complete, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence for Cleaves to stand trial.
