Former Michigan State football player Auston Robertson was back in court Thursday morning as part of his sexual assault case. He's accused of raping a woman at her apartment in Meridian Township last month.
MSU Coach Mark Dantonio kicked him off the team after he was arrested.
On Thursday the judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 22 to decide if there's enough evidence to put him on trial.
