We're digging deeper into the case against former Michigan State University football player Auston Robertson. He has waived an extradition hearing and will be brought back to Ingham County from Indiana to be arraigned on one count of third degree criminal sexual conduct. Robertson was arrested in Fort Wayne over the weekend.
