Draymond Green's criminal case in East Lansing will not keep him from playing in the Summer Olympics in Brazil next month.
That decision came out of today's pre-trial hearing.
The judge met with lawyers from both sides while Green was on the phone.
Green was arrested early in the morning on July 10 in downtown East Lansing.
He's charged with assaulting former MSU football player Jermaine Edmondson.
The trial is set for September, assuming a plea bargain isn't worked out before then.
