Snow, sleet, and sunshine welcomed the Lions to Green Bay ahead of Monday Night Football.

And that was just before dinner time.

Temperatures dropped below 40 degrees on Sunday night. The Lions will play their first NFC North division game of the season on Monday.

“No doubt a division game against a really good football team is going to be a fun atmosphere," Matthew Stafford said this week.

The Lions have won four straight games against the Packers. This will be Matt Patricia's second trip to Lambeau Field as the head coach of the Lions.

"You feel it when you walk into the stadium, just kind of having that sense of the history of the game," Patricia said this week. "They're the third-oldest franchise in the NFL right now. Pretty great to walk into a rivalry we have, (with) the two organizations. It is super cool."

The Packers are 4-1, and the Lions 2-1-1. The implications for the division go without saying.

"If you love the game and the history of the game, that's where you want to be. You just have that feeling," Patricia said.
